Glory to God! What a time at Autumn Assembly! The gathering of so many WWPs in one location – the very synergy of praying in the Holy Spirit together in proximity after a year of praying over the air waves – is a recipe for glory to break out! And His glory was apparent – in different ways, in different individuals, in different situations. We praise you Father!
Thank you to each person who took the time to say hello or give a hug or share a testimony. It means so much to me, Max and the YLH team to see you in person and have the opportunity to look you in the eyes and hug you. We are God’s company and we are His family.
There was truly not opportunity to write last week. When returning to my room at night I would fall into bed and morning appeared in a mere blink of the eyes. Autumn Assembly is simultaneously a marathon and a real-world training ground for the assignments at hand and those we will encounter going forward.
As you all know, each word, statement, and scripture in our Wednesday moeds is strategic and packed with meaning. This week’s moeds were next level; they were powerful.
The morning moed started with a bang. Many likely stopped at the first statement and just hung out for some time. Rising up, reaching heights beyond our imaginations, and being His eagles to fly higher than others can by using our faith – warrants meditation and its own journal entry.
For me, because He has highlighted trusting Him for so long, His words that zapped me were:
And those who trust in Me have the peace of God; you have it; I left My peace with My disciples and now you have it Church. You cannot muddle your way through life – instead you must pray with greater sense of awareness…you need to be alert…you need to recognize the opportunity through the Holy Spirit and then do what the love of Jesus compels you to do – day in and day out. And remember being prepared is not just about the here and now…being spiritually prepared is the only thing you can truly count on; do you understand? You serve a God who knows the beginning from the end and you can trust Me always.
First – the peace, HIS peace. He gave us John 14:27 twice – along with other scriptures about His peace. I like it in the Passion: John 14:27 “”I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—instead, be courageous!” This is a tangible peace we can experience 24/7.
And then His love for us and the fact that we can so THOROUGHLY trust Him: “Psalm 143:8 (ESV) Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. Can you feel His love being poured out upon you in this verse?
Then He tells us to pray with a greater sense of awareness. Do you sense this? The speeding up of time? This accelerating and exhilarating ride to prophetic culmination?
He emphasizes that we need to be alert. We are His watchmen and intercessors. And He tells us that we need to be sensitive to Holy Spirit’s leading when He shows us opportunities to move in what His love compels us to do – day in and day out. This is not every once in a while – He is stressing that we are to do this CONTINUOUSLY.
How many times have you had a “sense” that something has shifted, that you need to pray, or you discern heaviness or urgency around a time period you are entering into?
As we grow in His LOVE He is increasing our discernment and taking us higher in prayer. When we choose to put our flesh under and let our spirit man dominate, we are showing the Lord that He can trust us with greater things.
Then He tells us that being spiritually prepared is the only things that counts! And He emphasizes this by asking, “Do you understand?” We must pay attention. Our entire noon moed spoke of the Day of the Lord and its imminence. Are we listening?
I sat up last night – for several hours – pouring through our moeds, looking up keywords such as “alert,” or key phrases such as “Day of the Lord,” or scriptures He has given us repeatedly, and everything I read was SO RICH. What I noticed – sometimes tracing a word or scriptures backwards from recent moeds until the early days – is how much He teaches us on the necessity to walk in faith and how much He urges us to walk in love – Galatians 5:6. I love this in the Passion: “When you’re joined to the Anointed One, circumcision and religious obligations can benefit you nothing. All that matters now is living in the faith that works and expresses itself through love.” Acts of religious duty are not going to cut it. We are being required to be authentic.
The Lord opened Autumn Assembly on October 14 with: My Father demonstration of love – of His love – when He allowed Me your Jesus to die for you all Church; the Holy Spirit now dwells in the heart of everyone who believes this and follows Me your Jesus.
Our Father God allowed His only begotten son to die for us. Are we willing to submit our flesh, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to – as Matthew 5:44 in the King James instructs: Love our enemies, bless those that curse us, do good to those that hate us, and pray for those which despitefully use us, and persecute us.” If we are truly living by His Spirit, I believe the love of Jesus – His love in us – will compel us to do so!
And remember His statement in the August 12, 2026 noon moed: My words doesn’t say the just shall live by feelings; it says the just shall and will live by faith. Are we ready to let go of our feelings, our offense, and go higher in Him?
Finally, as Sister Billye pointed out (how much we appreciate her teaching as we go through the words!), the Lord was highlighting yesterday that we are at the time of the end: You serve a God who knows the beginning from the end and you can trust Me always. And His closing words in the morning moed, “You can trust Me always,” exploded in my heart. This is IT! This is WHO He is! We can trust Him ALWAYS.
So be encouraged! As we, together, go through the refiner’s fire and move from glory to glory, He is worthy of it all! He is worthy of living a life compelled to love those who hate us and want to destroy us! He is worthy of laying all of our feelings at His feet and rushing towards Him with all we have – that we can know that we know that we know that we can TRUST HIM – in every situation. He is WORTHY!!!
